Summary: Fantastic view and a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house is old but it was very clean. The stairs to the second floor are steep and very loud and creaky. The kitchen was very clean although there was leftover food in the fridge, it was reasonably equipped but there was no utility knife (only steak knives and some very dull grill knives). The TVs were annoying as most apps were already logged into by someone so streaming was impossible until we logged out of everything. As mentioned in other reviews, the check-in process was horrible. The code didn't work and the management company was slow to solve the problem. They had me in the 30-degree night trying to look under the grill for a key that wasn't there and then had me try many other codes until I finally got in. Get a new lock that works. The beds are not comfortable at all. I would not stay again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Salty Crab bay house this past week. It was exactly like the photos portrayed. The only issue we had was with the door code box - but Vacasa helped us get that corrected. We will definitely return!
